Application Process

Applications vary by the respective university, the below instructions and steps are, therefore, of a general nature and serve the orientation for an applicant.

Download Application Form

Prospective student downloads or receives the application form for a given programme of study.

Complete & Submit Application

Fill out the application form in word format and remit the scan of the application form with handwritten signature by email, including the following attachments:

  • Application form signed as scan (PDF, black/white)
  • Scans (PDF, b/w, legible!) of all relevant higher education credentials and qualifications (degrees, diplomas, certificates, with all transcripts). If not in English, Spanish or German, provide an English translation.
  • Curriculum vitae, highlighting the academic and professional background (DOC or PDF)
  • Scan of the passport (or ID card) page with personal data and photo (PDF in colour)
  • Passport style facial photo of applicant (colour, JPG)

Evaluation

The University or College conducts an evaluation report. Only complete applications will be considered for evaluation.

Admission & Enrollment

The University or College issues the evaluation report and in case of possible admission issues an invoice. Student accepts evaluation report and pays the full tuition and fees in order to enrol.

Payment of tuitions activates the enrolment of the given student.

Note on Notarisation

Depending on the programme of interest and the national regulations of the country of accreditation of a university, submission documents may be required to be notarised copies, and/or apostilled (or legalised) and shipped to the university by hard-copy mail or courier with the application. This is normally required only after a provisional pro-forma evaluation of digital copies submitted online has already indicated that an applicant will be admitted.
